Renz San Diego

Born and raised in the Philippines, Renz finished his studies in Culinary Arts in Manila and flew to the US to start his culinary journey working as an intern for a hatted restaurant in San Francisco. Since then, he has had over 10 years of experience working in various hotels and restaurants - Waldorf Astoria, Hyatt, Aman and many cafes in Melbourne to name a few. After acquiring extensive knowledge in the industry and mastering his craft in Western cuisine, he is now working at Element Melbourne Richmond Hotel's Mint Lane Restaurant & Bar fusing Western and Asian flavors with a new twist.


Breakfast: Monday to Friday (6.30am - 10.00am) Weekends (7.00am-10.30am)

Lunch: Monday to Friday (11.30pm - 2.00pm) Weekends and Public Holidays (Closed)

Dinner: Monday to Saturday (5.30pm - 9.30pm) Sunday and Public Holidays (Closed)
